The London Olympics are over. Missy F. is back in school. But you can keep the British spirit going by having a tea party but with Colorado twist.

Katie and I gathered up all the mis-matched Goodwill china we liked.

Soaked off all of the price stickers with Mrs. Meyers soap and warm water. We then washed them in the dishwasher. I wouldn’t do that with precious family heirlooms, but this is Goodwill. Go for it.

Look how pretty!

Can you tell I don’t have girls around. It was so fun to have a summer intern to do all sorts of girlie stuff!

The Mighty Casey Photo-Bomb!

True Ladies would not put their shoes on the table, but this is a cowgirl tea! Katie “The Intern” went back to school today. Soooo sad! (don’t worry she is coming over this afternoon.)
Cheers!

How fun!! I am an amateur thrifter (just started in the last two years) so I enjoy coming to your blog for inspiration. I shared your blog(s) with my future MOH and we’re planning to go thrifting this weekend! Thanks for your wonderful blog!
P.S. I’m totally jealous of Katie “the intern”–what a fun internship! I interned this summer at 9News (which is actually where I found out about your blog!) which was a blast and extremely informative, but lacked the whole shopping/thrifting experience.. :)

Annie,
Those 9News internships are really boring compared to mine! I have thrifting, lunch, thrifting, coffee, thrifting, repeat! What could be better. Thanks for stopping by!!
