Goodwill not only has pre-made Halloween costumes for children and adults, it is FULL of interesting thing to create a one of a kind costume for you and your friends. You need to shop early to take full advantage of all that Goodwill has to offer! Now is also a great time to go through your costumes from the past and donate them for new kids to wear!
